We will discuss anything you want really. But property finance is what I’m good at – specifically investment finance. So bridging and development, BTL, HMO and so on. 
We can review your portfolio, look over what your broker has sent you, and maybe even get some indicative terms for yourself. You’ll also get a summary of the discussion emailed to you afterwards

For now, it’s £99 for a 30 minute slot. I won’t be clock watching and we may or may not need all that time.

This fee is deducted from your eventual broker fee should we do business within 6 months of the initial call.

In short, no there are none. You are paying for my time. Should you not be able to make the scheduled booking then we can rearrange for another time. Two  re-arranged calls allowed per booking fee.
